AdmissionEasy ("we", "our", "us") respects your family's privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it's used, and your rights. By using AdmissionEasy, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
AdmissionEasy is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your child's practice recordings, interview schedule, or any personal information to any server. There are no cloud AI features in AdmissionEasy — practice recording, playback, and text-to-speech all run using Apple's on-device frameworks.
Practice Recordings & Local Storage
Your child's practice answer recordings, self-check results, and interview tracker entries are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you use iCloud device backup, which is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, or you choose to delete it yourself in Settings.
Notifications
If you enable interview reminders, AdmissionEasy schedules local notifications on your device using Apple's own notification framework. No reminder data is sent to us or to any third party.
Analytics
We may use Apple's App Store aggregated, anonymised analytics to understand overall app usage and improve the product. This data cannot be used to identify you or your child personally.
In-App Purchases
AdmissionEasy offers an optional Premium subscription. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Children's Privacy
AdmissionEasy is designed for parents to use together with their children preparing for school admission interviews (approximate ages 4–11). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. All practice content stays on the device the app is installed on.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
